Get your school physicals now!

Dear Parents,

Now that school is ending and summer is just around the corner, it is never too early to schedule your children's school physicals for next school year. If they had recent well child check-ups, we can often use that data for their school forms.

You can book your child’s physical by following our scheduling link here:

Please ensure that all school forms are properly filled out and uploaded to your child’s patient portal before making the appointment. If your child also needs a sports physical or camp physical, please also fill those forms out completely, including child’s name on each page, and upload to their portal. Extra appointment time may be needed if more than 1 physical type is requested, so please let us know in advance. Allow at least 1 week for form completion.

Prior Authorizations

Dear Modern Mobile Medicine patients,

Insurance companies are issuing an increased number of prior authorizations for routine medications, which takes us away from patient care.

If a medication is listed on GoodRX for less than $50, we will not be performing a prior authorization. For more expensive medications, we will submit the prior authorization once. If it is denied for a clear and surmountable cause, we will process one appeal, but nothing more. If no valid reason is provided for the denial, we will not process an appeal.
